Scope and Governing Rules

These Sports Betting Rules govern the use of the sportsbook operated by 67mxn. They form part of the Operator’s General Terms & Conditions and apply to all End Users who place bets through the sportsbook platform. By placing a bet, the End User agrees to read, understand and comply with these Rules at all times applicable to the platform. The Operator may update these Rules, alter betting limits, payout parameters and offerings, and such changes take effect when published on the platform. In case of any inconsistency between language versions, the English text prevails.

Key Definitions

• Sportsbook – the online platform and associated software that provides betting services.
• End User – an individual who uses the Sportsbook and has accepted these Rules.
• Bet – a risk-based agreement on the outcome of an Event, Market or set of Markets, submitted by the End User with a Stake, yielding Winnings if correct or a loss otherwise.
• Stake – the amount of money the End User commits to participate in a Bet.
• Market – an in-play or pre-match set of outcomes offered for betting.
• Event – a sports, esports, virtual sport or other event for which Odds are offered.
• Odds – the coefficient used to calculate Winnings on a correct Bet.
• Winnings – the amount paid out to the End User when a Bet is settled in favor of the End User.
• Operator – the legal entity providing betting services to End Users in accordance with applicable law.

Eligibility and Account Use

End Users must be at or above the applicable legal gambling age in their jurisdiction and capable of entering a binding contract. The Operator reserves the right to verify identity and legal status, and to suspend or close accounts that fail verification or breach these Rules. End Users may only use a single account and must not allow third parties to access their account. The use of automated systems to place Bets is prohibited and may lead to Bet voiding or account suspension.

Language and Interpretations

Where the Rules exist in multiple languages, the English version governs. Translations are provided for convenience only, and any discrepancy between versions is resolved in favor of the English text. End Users should ensure they understand the terms before placing Bets.

General Conduct and Platform Rules

All Bets and Stake activity are subject to these Rules and applicable law. Bets are final once confirmed as accepted by the betslip; once accepted, Bets cannot be reversed or altered. The Sportsbook records all Bets in the End User’s account, which may be reviewed via the platform’s Bets history. Data presented on the platform for informational purposes is not a basis for betting decisions and the Operator accepts no liability for decisions based on such data.

• Automated or bot-based wagering is prohibited. The platform may cancel any Bet placed using automated systems.
• End Users must not operate multiple or third-party accounts for the purpose of using the Sportsbook; such activity may render Bets void and may lead to account termination.
• Market availability and formats may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to local law. The Operator may modify offerings without prior notice where required by law.
• Data sources used to determine outcomes are reputable and legitimate; the Provider may disclose sources upon request unless restricted by law or confidentiality.
• In case of contradictions: Market Rules take precedence over Sport Rules, which take precedence over General Rules. Absence of specific Rules means the General Rules apply.

Bets, Stakes and Acceptance

All Stakes and Bets are subject to these Rules and applicable law. For a Bet to be valid, it must be expressly confirmed as accepted by the corresponding Bet Slid confirmation. The Operator retains full discretion to accept or reject any Bet at any time. Bets cannot be altered after acceptance, and no liability is assumed for missing or duplicate Stakes arising from End User actions.

Bet Types and Their Settlement

The Sportsbook offers a spectrum of Bet types, described in brief below. Payouts are calculated as Stake multiplied by the aggregate odds of the Bet, except where a specific Bet type prescribes otherwise.

• Single – a Bet on a single outcome; payout = Stake × Odds.
• Combo – a Bet on multiple independent outcomes; all selections must win; payout = Stake × total odds.
• System – a set of multiple combinations derived from a fixed selection; payouts are the sum of winning combinations; all combinations must be evaluated.
• Trixie, Patent, Yankee, Canadian, Heinz, Super Heinz, Goliath – multiple-fold accumulators with defined structures; payouts based on Stake × total odds for the respective structure.
• Cash Out – an early settlement feature allowing a revised Bet to settle an earlier bet; availability varies by market and may be suspended or withdrawn without notice.
• Bet Builder – a Bet on multiple Markets within the same Event; all selections must be correct to win; available by discretion and may be included in Combo or System Bets.
• Early Payout – discretionary early settlement when predefined conditions are met; availability, conditions, and eligible Bets are shown in the Bet offer and may be removed or modified at any time.

If odd values contain more than two decimal places, the payout is rounded to the second decimal place. The Operator may modify or suspend any feature, including Early Payout, Cash Out and Bet Builder, at any time.

Market Types

Markets are grouped by the type of event and outcome. Common Market types include:

• Match (1X2) – outcome of the match: 1 = Home win, X = Draw, 2 = Away win.
• Correct Score – exact final score prediction.
• Over/Under (Totals) – total goals/points over or under a specified line; if the total equals the line, the Bet is void.
• Odd/Even – parity of the total score or another defined metric.
• Head-to-Head / Triple-Head – direct comparison among two or three participants.
• Half Time / Full Time – outcomes at half-time and at full-time; void if the match format deviates from standard regulation.
• Period Betting – outcomes restricted to defined periods within an Event.
• Draw No Bet – a bet on a team to win; if the match ends in a draw, Stake is refunded.
• Handicap / Asian Handicap – virtual scoring adjustments; settlement follows adjusted scores or scores after applying the handicap.
• Double Chance – bets on two of the three possible outcomes: 1X, 12, or X2.
• Outright / Place – bets on final placement or champion in a tournament or event.
• Other Market Variants – Quarter/Half/Period X; Race to X Points/Goals; Scorer or Winner of a Specific Point/Goal.

Live Betting and Special Features

Live (in-play) markets are offered with real-time Odds. Cash Out and Early Payout features may be available for live and pre-match Bets. Availability is determined by the Operator and may be suspended, modified or withdrawn without prior notice for reasons including technical issues, betting integrity, or regulatory constraints.

Settlement, Results and Disputes

Bets are generally settled after the Event concludes. In some cases, Markets may be settled before the official result for customer service purposes. The Operator reserves the right to reverse settlements made in error and to suspend settlement when there is uncertainty about a result.

• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or not finished within the defined timeframe, Bets on markets not yet determined may be voided, while markets already decided unconditionally remain valid.
• If a venue change occurs, or the duration of the Event is altered, affected Bets may be void unless otherwise stated in the specific Market Rules.
• Official results govern settlement. If there is a contradiction between the website results and the governing body’s official result, the governing body’s result prevails, and the Operator may rely on video material as a reference where available.
• Disputes over results are resolved by the Operator's final and binding decision, including any corrections following review of data or video material.

Event Changes, Void Conditions and Time Adjustments

Nothing in these Rules restricts the Operator’s right to void Bets or markets in the event of a change of venue, alteration of event duration, or other disruptions. If an Event does not start as scheduled or is not completed within the defined window, Bets that are not yet determined are voided in accordance with the specific Event Rules. Bets on markets that have been unconditionally determined prior to disruption remain valid.

Data, Compliance and Reliability

The Operator provides Betting Information in good faith but does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of such data. Bets are placed at the End User’s own risk based on information available at the time of betting. Time delays or data inaccuracies do not give rise to liability for the Operator.

Modifications and Finality

The Operator may amend these Rules or any aspect of the Sportsbook at any time. All such changes become effective immediately upon publication on the platform. The Operator’s decisions on Settlement, outcomes and any disputes are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
