Real Money, Demo Play and Account Management
Real Money balances are held for the purpose of wagering and withdrawal. Demo play uses Credits and is not withdrawable as real money. An individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate or linked accounts may be closed or funds forfeited.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

Inactive and Dormant Accounts
If there is no account activity for 365 days, the account may be treated as Inactive. We may suspend the real money balance for security purposes and deduct an administration fee of 5.00 GBP from the balance while the account remains dormant. The remaining balance may be restored upon reactivation following identity checks.
